Saxophone quartet Signum gives concert within IV Int'l Music Festival
On 20 September, Germany's saxophone quartet Signum gave a concert as part of the Uzeyir Hajibayli IV International Music Festival.
At the music night, the quartet performed Quartet B- dur op. 109 by Alexander Glazunov, Adagio op.11 for stringed by Samuel Barber, Romanian folk dances by Bela Bartok and DURCH by Fabien Levin.
Artists of the quartet formed in 2006 are Blaj Kemperle (soprano-saxophone), Eric Nestler (alto saxophone), Alan Lujar (tenor-saxophone) and David Brand (baritone-saxophone).
In July 2010 saxophone quartet Signum performed in famous Mecklenburg-Vorpommern festival, as well as in the Music Olympus held in Azerbaijan this year. (AzerTAj)
