Change made to “Voice of youth” festival’s program
The festival “Voice of Youth”, running from 1 to 11 February buy the Culture and Tourism Ministry, had a change.
According to the Ministry, the concert of young mugam singers to be held at the International Mugam Center on 3 February at 19:00 was shifted to 12 February due to extreme weather condition. (AzerTAj)
