Baku to host “Voice of Youth” festival
According to the presidential Order on “Announcement of 2 February Youth Day in Azerbaijan” signed on 1 February 1997, the Culture and Tourism Ministry hold annual events under title “Voice of Youth”.
This year, these events will be held in a broader format – as a festival, according to the Ministry, AzerTAg reported.
The festival, aiming to surface talented youngsters and support their creative researches, will run from 1 to 11 February.
According to the festival’s program, the Exhibition Hall after Vajiha Samadova of the Azerbaijani Painters Union, “LN” Art Center, State Camera and Organ Hall, International Mugam Center and Azerbaijani State Philharmonic after Muslim Magomayev will host painting exhibitions of talented youths, concerts of mugam singers and vocalists, as well as other large-scale events.
The entrance to all of these events is free. (AzerTAj)
