Azerbaijani musicians attend 8th Int'l Classic Music Festival in Turkey
Azerbaijani musicians have participated at the D-Marin Turgutreis 8th International Classic Music Festival.
Teacher of the Istanbul State Conservatoire, Azerbaijani pianist Gulnara Shakinskaya performed works of world classics together with invited virtuoso violinist Yuri Bashmet, opera legend Jose Carreras and David Gimenez.
Young Azerbaijani musicians also performed within the staff of the Dogush child symphonic orchestra, set up at the initiative of TURKSOY.
Spanish guitar player Jose Maria Gallardo Del Rey and one of the masters of Spanish ballet art Antonio Marquez performed the stages from opera Shahrazad by Rimsky Korsakov, prepared by the young musicians, together with them. (AzerTAj)
